Krillson
Our
Senior ram is Lofty Pine's Krill's Spot White or Krillson
for short. Krillson has sired a lot of nice lambs for us
and passes on his "luster" or shine in the fleece of his
offspring. His fleece is moderate in length with good crimp
throughout, and at this point in time has not become coarse
in handle. In combination with the ewes, he has produced
white, moorit, gray and black lambs.
Melichor
Our
junior ram is Amazing Grace Melichor. He was acquired from
Amazing Grace Farm as a ram lamb. Melichor is a black &
white spotted yuglet, flecket ram, which carries the Ag
gene, so all of the spots except around his eyes have
faded. In his first lamb crop he produced 50% non fading
black and 50% black fading to gray.
We will be adding several ram lambs this year from our nice
crop of 2006 lambs. They are sired by SheltrngPines King
Arthur and Underhill Jasper.
